Mary Kate and Ashley Olsen attended Opening Ceremony's Tokyo store opening in get-ups that most people will hate, finger point, laugh at, and make people call them coked out whores. I Love it all, from MK's dress, to their detailed purses, killer heels, and even those playful silly bunny and rabbit ears. It's fashion fun. What else are you suppose to do when you're a fashionista? Wear boring outfits that people won't notice, or wear skanky outfits, like Ms. AnnaLynne McCord, or go down the Vogue route and push the boundaries of what fashion means? Yes, they look a little crazy, but crazy is so much more fun than boring.

When the Olsen girls first moved to New York City, their style was described as Dumpster Chic. As young women do, they evolve, trying different styles. And clearly, as young established fashionistas, the world watches, or at least I do along with my I love Michelle Tanner Fan Club Inc. Both girls have signature styles, along with their uber successful clothing lines, The Row and Elizabeth and James. P.S. I've tried on some of the Row blazers and they fit better than the ones in men's department.  

Mary Kate and Ashley showed up at the Canada's Much Music to promote their fall clothing lines, and trend watch for fall is Granny Chic. Mary Kate took a fatherly basic plaid coat, tied it with a belt, and Ashley took a motherly blouse and grandpa's pants and rolled up the cuffs, adding some serious platform snakeskin Prada heels. Both looks in my opinion are chic, without trying too hard, and what I love most about them is that it's never sexual. It's never that trying too hard look, or stare at my titties for attention get ups. Unlike the many young Hollywood girls, these two always get it right, and if you don't get it, you probably will next season.
